Smartkoncept.mu endeavours to make the order available for pickup/delivered within two working days from order confirmation and payment received. The customer needs to present his/her National ID Card or Passport for goods delivery.
Orders less than MUR 2,500.00 will be charged a delivery fee of MUR 200.00. Orders equal to or above MUR 2,500.00 will be delivered free of charge. The Pick Up address will be communicated once the order is ready for collection.
The customer must inspect the product(s) before taking delivery. Any damage is to be reported immediately to the Delivery Agent.
Smartkoncept.mu will not accept responsibility for damages detected after the delivery agent has left the delivery point.
Once the customer has inspected the order and signed on the delivery document, the said document shall constitute a proof of delivery.

Smartkoncept.mu does not accept returns once products are sold and once delivery is acknowledged in good condition by the customer.

In those circumstances, the customer shall return the product to the Delivery Agent stating clearly the reasons why.
In case a customer finds a product defective after delivery, the customer shall notify Smartkoncept.mu within 24 hours of delivery by sending a mail to xxx our email.
Any request for return claiming defective products will be considered solely based on the warranty conditions attached to the product.
