Can I return or exchange an item purchased online?

Goods once sold are not exchangeable and non-refundable.

Returns may ONLY be considered subject to the following conditions:

 – If the Customer notes that the delivery box is not sealed or is damaged at the time of delivery.

 – If there is a mismatch between the product ordered and the delivered one.

 For the conditions mentioned above:

 – The Customer must not accept delivery and must immediately return the product back to the delivery staff and inform our AfterSales Team. 

– The Customer understands that the second delivery depends on stock availability, and where stock is available, the product will be delivered to the Customer within 3 Business Days.

-After delivery, the Customer must notify us as soon as reasonably possible once he becomes aware of any defect in the operation of a product by emailing us at sales@smartkoncept.mu. 

Any request for return will be considered solely based on the warranty conditions attached to the product including the following conditions:

– The Customer must bring the defective product to our office, together with the valid Warranty Certificate and receipt of purchase.

– The Customer agrees neither to, nor allow any other party to modify or tamper the product. Any evidence of tamper will be tantamount to material breach by the Customer and SmartKoncept shall have no obligation to accept back the product.

– The Customer must present the Sales Invoice, and/or the Transaction Receipt and identification details (National ID or Passport).

When can I expect to receive my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending the product back, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
